Jan 31, 2010: Art & Nature: Seeing, Studying, Learning with Gordon Morrison
On Sunday, January 31st at 2:00 pm at the Royalston Town Hall, Gordon Morrison lead us through the process he uses in his art by displaying the tools he uses and examples of his field studies and original art. After a drawing demonstration of his techniques, participants circulated around to four tables containing different artifacts and drew each example in a prescribed amount of time. Everyone then took time to draw and receive tips and comments. The program was funded through a generous grant from the Royalston Cultural Council.
