Thank You for Ten Years!
In December 2004, Kathy Morris celebrated her 10 year anniversary as Library Director. The Friends of the Library surprised her with a "Librarian Appreciation Day" on Saturday, December 4, where grateful patrons had a chance to say thank you to Kathy, and have a muffin too.

The Friends of the Library sponsored a Fantasy Illustration program on July 1. A variety of free enrichment programs are planned for every Thursday in July at 1:30 pm. Call 9798-249-3572 for more information.

The Friends of the Library sponsored A Midsummer Night's Dream by the Royalston Shakespeare Company at Town Hall on July 1.

The Friends of the Library sponsored Fly a Kite Day on April 22.

The Friends of the Library are currently sponsoring landscape painting classes with acrylics.

Art Class Art Class

Cross Culture Club at the library featured Mari James teaching about Peru, Travis Stevens teaching American Sign Language and Cyndi LaCasse and Annie Hayden telling about their homeland, the Philippines. Here kids are trying out native Peruvian instruments. Cross Culture Club was sponsored by the Friends of the Library. A new series of after school presentations is planned for next year.
